Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has shared the results of the auction of commercial plots and Rumanza residential plots on direct sale, according to a post shared on the authority’s official social media handle on February 21.
As per the details, the authority conducted direct sales by auction for Rumanza Golf Community 1-kanal residential plots, 2-marla commercial plots in different sectors, and 2 kanal residential plots in Sector A. The administration stated that the authority has once again fulfilled its promise of conducting a transparent auction of plots in which end-users and investors participated. The administration revealed that 32 residential and commercial plots were auctioned. The following are the results of the auction:
