Lahore: DHA Lahore and Value Associates have signed an agreement for the development of 5-marla smart homes in DHA Lahore Phase 12 (Ex-EME), the housing authority announced through their official Facebook page on December 22.
According to the details available, Value Associates is going to construct fifteen 5-marla smart homes in ex-EME sector – now DHA Phase 12. While the announcement states that these homes are ‘coming soon’, no other details or definite dates were provided for when these homes will be available for purchase. Information regarding the pricing of these 5-marla cottages in DHA Phase 12 have not been revealed either.
In a related development, last month DHA Lahore and Value Associates had also announced their decision to collaborate on the construction of another project. The two organisations had signed an agreement to develop Greenview Executive Apartments, which are expected to offer affordable housing options in Sector G, DHA Phase 5.
