Lahore: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) has announced that its main office complex will remain closed from March 23 to April 05 for public dealing – in a bid to restrict public movement for coronavirus prevention, according to the authority’s social media channels.

In a similar fashion, DHA’s Quetta, Karachi, Rawalpindi chapters have also announced their decision to close down all main and sub-offices till April 05 for coronavirus prevention and control its spread. All activities including public dealings are halted until further notice. On a provincial level, Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are exercising a partial lockdown as a precaution against the novel coronavirus.

Previously, DHA Lahore also offered a number of alternative methods like online payment in Askari Bank Limited or using orders/demand drafts of payments for plot owners who seek to deposit/remit their dues.
