Lahore: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore on Tuesday announced that the previously publicised open ballot for residential and commercial properties will encompass plot cuts in developed phases 1 through 9, 11 and 12, according to the authority’s official Facebook page.
The DHA Lahore management further revealed that the plots in the aforementioned phases were being offered with open possession and were also ready for construction. These plots are expected to be presented at an auction that is scheduled for October 26. Interested parties can submit their applications between September 16 and October 5 for commercial and residential plots available on 3-year-long, easy payment plans.
Reportedly, the residential plots available are 5-marla, 7-marla, 10-marla, 1-kanal, and 2-kanals in size. Similarly, the commercial plots on offer are sized 2-marla, 4-marla, 8-marla, 16-marla, 40-marla, and 80-marla. Further details regarding the phases, sizes, prices, registration fee and the payment plan are expected to be updated on the society’s official website by September 16.
