Lahore: The management of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has introduced DHA Executive Services (DES) to facilitate its premium clients who are short on time and require urgent property processing, according to agents working with the Zameen.com.
The services that are offered under the DES include non-possession plots, possession plots/building/houses, collection of letters, collection of the site plan, collection of completion certificate and the CMRL.
How to avail the DHA Lahore Executive Services (DES)?
Following are the instructions on how to avail the DHA Lahore Executive Services:
Interested members will have to register for DES with PKR 5,000 in form of pay order or bank draft – to be submitted at the DHA Executive Finance Counter
The executive finance counter will issue an acknowledgement slip to the estate agent/owner, who will then present this slip at the DES front desk counter for receipt of service Document’s Set (Yellow Color Forms)
The estate agent/owner will follow the formalities of the desired service and will submit all the required documents and applicable fees
The provision of verification is mandatory for all services under the DES – expect for the issuance of an ownership letter
The DES font desk counter will provide a submission receipt form for the execution of transfer or collection of letters, along with two appointment slips with services, date/time for seller and purchaser
On the appointment slip, the date of submission of dues will be mentioned for possession of plots
The property in question must be litigation/caution-free
The dress code for real estate agents is either closed collar or a Pakistani suit (Shalwar Kameez) with waistcoat
Prior verification is required to be done before applying for the DES

The management of the DHA Lahore office has also encompassed a range of services for its premium DES members that include; separate gate entry with parking, executive lounge and dedicated staff.
