DHA Lahore informs general public that some property dealers/investors are selling property files and plots which have not been acquired by Defence Housing Authority.
People sell plots by showing land approval letter prepared by themselves and they also get payments by showing fake affidavits.
DHA brings it to the notice of general public that it will be a party to the deal if original intimation letter has been signed by the DHA Official.
Purchasers have been notified to validate the authenticity of documents before engaging in the property deals.
