Lahore: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has publicised ‘an excellent opportunity for expatriate Pakistanis’ wherein it invited these individuals to invest in commercial/residential pots in Overseas Enclave Phase VII as well as high-end apartments in DHA Lahore Penta Square Phase V, according to a post published on the residential project’s official Facebook page on October 10.
To this effect, the administration intends to organise an open ballot on December 5 and has asked the expatriates interested in the project to submit their applications between October 15 and November 15.
The plots on offer are 1-kanal residential and 4 and 8-marla commercial plots in Overseas Enclave Phase VII – currently available on a three-year instalment plan. Moreover, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom luxurious apartments are available for sale in DHA Lahore Penta Square Phase V, and can be purchased on a 1.5-year instalment plan facility.
The individuals concerned can apply for these real estate options with their Roshan Digital Account facility announced recently by the government of Pakistan. DHA Lahore has also announced that further details of said plots/apartments as well as the registration process will be uploaded to the authority’s official website by October 15.
