Lahore: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has notified a number of alternative payment methods for plot owners who seek to deposit/remit their dues, according to news sources. According to details, the residential scheme has announced this initiative following the closure of its offices in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.
The DHA Lahore administration has announced two alternative methods for dues payment; listed below:
1. The plot owners can submit their dues through online payment in Askari Bank Limited.

The housing authority has also announced its decision to dispatch payment acknowledgements if the plot owners concerned provide these credentials (detailed below) at the email id: mast@dhalahore.org:
The reference number received at the time of payment.
The confirmation receipt of online funds transfers
Purpose of payment (i.e. Development Charges etc)
2. The second method involves making payments through banking instrument (pay order/demand draft). To this effect, the plot owners can pay their dues through pay orders and demand draft in favour of DHA Lahore (on account of Plot No/Sector/Phase) and forward it to the main office. In response, the DHA headquarters will issue payment acknowledgements in due time.
