Karachi: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi administration has announced that the fee structures for various processes and procedures offered by the authority have been revised, according to DHA’s official Facebook page.

The authority has requested all the members to visit its website (www.dhakarachi.org) for further details. The revised fee structure will be effective from January 01.

Moreover, the authority has announced that DCK Heights in DHA City Karachi Sector-14 is now enabling builders and developers to start constructing their dream projects with a 20% advance payment. In DCK Heights, there are 17 plots of 800 sq yds for interested members. However, the deadline to apply for these plots has already passed on December 26, 2022.
