Lahore: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi has established its first office in Rawalpindi to manage the scheme’s transfer and record operations, according to DHA Karachi’s official Facebook page. As per details, the staff at this ‘Transfer & Record’ centre will also manage related operations for DHA City Karachi.
According to the developer, the sub-office is a fully functional space located in Bahria Town Phase VII. The facility provides the residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi with a transfer facility for DHA Karachi and DHA City plots, as well as handles matters regarding DHA Karachi membership.
As per the notice shared on Facebook, the new office will facilitate DHA Karachi’s clients residing in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and adjoining areas in their plot transfer concerns and membership renewals.
