Karachi: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi has invited auction bids with regard to residential plots located in its Phase-V area, according to a publication. The authority is currently offering a limited number of prime residential plots measuring 500 square yards.
According to the housing authority, these plots are available at rates lower than the market price. To participate in the bid, the applicants are required to follow a set of procedures notified by DHA Karachi.
The interested applicants can obtain the bidding documents from the office of Director D&C, located inside the DHA Head Office. The authority has asked the citizens to submit sealed financial bids at D&C Directorate till February 21. Moreover, DHA Karachi will not entertain any bids after 10:30 am on the same date.
