Karachi: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi on Tuesday (November 23) announced that a ballot is organised for 300 plots for townhouses and an open house for investors will be held tomorrow (November 25), according to the post shared on the authority’s Facebook page.
As per the details, the ballot will be held from 12 pm to 2 pm at the Visitor’s Centre of DHA City Karachi. The DHA management has invited investors, developers, and realtors to attend the open house where the investors can view the properties.
In another development, the DHA Karachi administration has offered a special construction incentive package for plot owners to encourage the construction of homes in DHA Karachi. According to details of this package:
100% scholarship will be offered to one child per family at DHA Suffa University for the first 50 families shifted to DHA City (South)
100% development charges will be waived on any type of construction that is completed before December 2022.
Permission will be granted to construct an extra floor on a commercial building whose grey structures will be completed before December 2022 in Commercial Building (C5) and Central Business District (CBD).
Permission will be granted for the construction of an additional bedroom with a bathroom for houses completed before December 2022.
