DHA Islamabad shares payment plan for plots launched for expats in Phase V

Islamabad: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Islamabad has launched the price plan for the previously announced limited inventory of 10-marla and 1-kanal residential plots for overseas Pakistanis in sectors J and K of the society’s Phase V — according to a new source published on November 13.

The following is the limited inventory of 10-marla and 1-kanal residential plots for overseas Pakistanis in sectors J and K of the society’s Phase V

Reportedly, only NICOP/POC holders can apply for these plots. The applicants also have to apply through their Roshan Digital Accounts and all the payments have to be made through the same — with the allotments to be made through a computerised ballot. Reportedly, the prices mentioned above do not include GSTs and investors have the option of paying 10% extra for category plots.
