Islamabad: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Islamabad has launched a limited number of 10-marla and 1-kanal residential plots for overseas Pakistanis in sectors J and K of the society’s Phase V — according to a publication shared today (October 28) on the authority’s official website.
These plots are available on a three year payment plan. As per the publication, only NICOP/POC holders can apply for these plots. The applicants also have to apply through their Roshan Digital Accounts — with the successful applicants to be determined via a computerised ballot.
The last date to apply for residential plots in DHA Phase V, Islamabad is November 25.
As per the information shared by the DHA, 60% of the development work in Sector J and K has been completed, with the sectors expected to be ready for possession in the third quarter of 2021.
DHA Phase V is located adjacent to the Islamabad Expressway in close proximity to DHA Phase II.
Interested expatriates can visit the official DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi website to apply for the plots through an online process.
