The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has finally handed over possession of plots in Sectors A, B, C and D of DHA Town Phase IX, giving people an opportunity to start building their houses in the locality and enjoy the facilities being offered.
The authority has, however, given possession for a selected number of plots. According to the DHA’s website, the possession has been given against 6,658 residential plots and 92 commercial plots.

Congratulations to those who have waited almost 5 years to get the possession of their plots in DHA Town. And those who will build their houses in the locality will enjoy the benefit of the proximity of their community to the Nawaz Sharif Interchange on the Lahore Ring Road and Allama Iqbal International Airport.
DHA Town remained an investment haven for property investors ever since its launch. Though the plot files were initially allotted to the families of martyrs and landowners, the investors then delved into the locality because of which the prices of properties multiplied there.
According to Rana Muhammad Aslam of Rana Estate Advisor, the sale price of 5-marla plots in DHA Phase 9 Town Lahore currently ranged between Rs 5,200,000 and Rs 6,000,000, despite the fact that the sale-purchase activity in the locality was relatively slow these days.
Ramadan and especially the diversion of investors’ attention to the currently promising Phase VII are probably the reasons behind this slow activity.
According to our sources, the construction of houses has not started in the locality yet. We have arranged some images to give a virtual tour to the locality.

could you please give some information about Bahria town Lahore
Sector E when should be possession and when undeveloped area of jinnah ,rafi ,and iqbal block will be developed because its almost three years to launch this project but until now half of the sector remain undeveloped.
Investors like me who having plots in undeveloped area are confused we sell our plots on through away prices or we need to wait some more.please give some helpful information on this issue

Is amalgamation/merging of two plots is allowed in phase 9 Town? If yes how much is the fee for amalgamation/merging? If 2 five marlas plot are merged according to by-laws which by-law would govern the construction? 5 Marla or 10 Marla house
