Gujranwala: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala administration has announced its decision to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the ARY Laguna management at the Gujranwala Golf & Country Club at 3 PM today, according to a post published on the society’s official Facebook page.
The details as to what this project is about are yet to be unveiled. However, the teaser shared by the project has got people to speculate about what the two major real estate developers are working on.
‘DHA Gujranwala is thrilled to announce a major development in the project. We are signing an MOU with ARY Laguna, fulfilling our promise of an aesthetic future. Keep updated with the progress right here with us,’ according to the Facebook post.
Earlier, DHA Gujranwala had started a countdown on the page counting ahead of the ‘something big’ reveal. Looking back, it appears that the countdown was about this project with ARY Laguna that has all the investors excited. Also, the development pace of the project is picking up and main entrance gate has already been completed.
