Lahore: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala has announced April 4 as the ballot date for 5-marla plot files, according to a notice. The ceremony in this regard will be held in an event hall on GT Road, Gujranwala. Launched on December 24, 2018, the application submission deadline for these plots was extended by the DHA due to overwhelming response received by the 5-marla deal.
According to DHA Gujranwala’s official website, DHA will provide files for 5-marla plots to successful applicants after the balloting. It also states that DHA has not issued or allotted any file or quota to any person, party, or dealer. So anyone buying files from a third party will do it at their own risk and shall be liable for fraud.
The ballot results will be made available on the official website of DHA Gujranwala from April 5 onwards. The applicants can check if they have been successful by entering their ballot numbers. In addition to that, DHA will also send out an SMS to all successful applicants.
DHA also states that the successful applicants will be guided about the mode of payment for making down payment and submitting registration charges once they are informed of their success in the ballot. In this regard, the applicant should not pay any money, fee, or commission to anyone.
