Gujranwala: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala has unveiled the specifics of its much-anticipated ‘Guess What’ campaign shared via its official Facebook page last week. As per their latest post, shared on April 17, the authority is opening possession for 4 and 8 marla commercial plots in their Commercial Zone 1 and 2.

Tagged as ‘We Promised, We Delivered’, the post states that possession will be handed over on May 30, 2022. The authority termed it as the ‘first big development in this year of development and livability.”

These experts believe that the possession of the commercial plots has been announced to facilitate the dwellers of DHA Villas, where development work is underway at a fast pace. This development indicates that possession of these units is also likely soon.

Market experts are of the view that the DHA Gujranwala administration intends to stimulate commercial activity and generate local footfall in Commercial Zones 1 and 2, which would ultimately assist the society in attracting more investors and end-users. Experts believe that setting up a food street will help society further increase its local footfall. The DHA administration, however, hasn’t made any such announcement yet.
