Gujranwala: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala has announced its decision to reopen its main office, as well as transfers branches, in the wake of a relief package announced by the government for the construction sector, a news source reported.

According to details, DHA Gujranwala will ensure proper precautionary protocols to check the spread of coronavirus for the safety of its customers and members. To this effect, the management has resumed its operations from today.

It has further provided a notification of several COVID-19 preventive measures; detailed below:
- DHA Gujranwala offices will remain open for public dealings from 11 AM to 1:30 PM only.
- The officials concerned will follow all precautionary measures, including implementing sanitisation and social distancing practices; wearing masks and gloves is mandatory and entry into offices will be prohibited for those who do not adhere to these guidelines.
- All dealers and their representatives should make appointments at the following numbers before vising DHA Gujranwala offices.

- After receiving confirmation call for an appointment, the dealer or his/her representative will visit the office and consume as minimum time as possible, so that others can be entertained, too. In case, someone arrives late, the appointment will be cancelled and a new appointment will be taken via call.
- Sub transfer offices will also implement the above-mentioned procedure.
