Gujranwala: The management of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) applications for pre-qualification for infrastructural development in the project, a news source reported.
DHA Gujranwala has invited EOI applications for the following:
Infra-development works : Infrastructure development packages (2x sectors minimum) & Canal area commercial project, including theme park
Commercial projects: Luxury and A Class apartments, 10-marla villas, 5-marla houses & 5-star hotel including hospitality services courses
Amenity projects: Medical City with nursing school, Education City, & Sports Complex, including all allied facilities
DHA Club with allied facilities
Sector Mosque
Prefabricated RCC boundary wall at selected locations
According to the details issued, firms applying should be enlisted with the PEC and have relevant experience in mega projects. DHA Gujranwala will give preference to firms enlisted with it, and new firms will have to enlist before the contract is awarded.
DHA Gujranwala has stated that bidders can participate in any specific project within the mentioned categories. They are to submit detailed technical and financial proposalsby July 15, 2020. The management will shortlist the firms based on technical scrutiny by a third party.
Following the shortlisting, DHA Gujranwala will invite the pre-qualified firms to present the proposal to the Project Management Committee.
