Gujranwala: The deadline for submission of application forms of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala is set to expire today. The authority had earlier extended the deadline from December 11 to December 19 to facilitate aspiring buyers.
The forms can be accessed via the developer’s official website. They are also available at designated branches of Askari Bank, Bank Al-Habib, UBL, Soneri Bank, and Bank of Punjab. Applicants have to attach their bank receipts along with the forms and then submit the documents via courier or in person at DHA Main Office on GT Road, Gujranwala. The forms can also be submitted at DHA Gujranwala sub-offices in Lahore (DHA Phase VI) and Rawalpindi (Bahria Town Phase VII).
The society is currently offering 10-marla, 1-kanal, and 2-kanal residential plots, as well as 4-marla and 8-marla commercial plots on a three-year payment plan. The non-refundable processing fee for a 10-marla plot is PKR 7,000, while buyers seeking 1-kanal and 2-kanal residential plots have to pay PKR 10,000 and PKR 15,000 respectively. For 4-marla and 8-marla commercial plots, the non-refundable processing fee is PKR 15,000 each.
The total price of a 10-marla residential plot is PKR 4,400,000 – payable in 12 quarterly instalments, with a down payment of PKR 440,000. The total price of a 1-kanal plot is PKR 7,400,000, with PKR 750,000 as its down payment. A 2-kanal plot costs PKR 14,000,000, with 10% of the price as its down payment. The total prices of 4-marla and 8-marla commercial plots are PKR 22,500,000 and PKR 42,500,000 respectively.
