Gujranwala: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala administration shared the eligibility criteria for the possession of commercial plots on April 23, according to the authority’s Facebook page.

As per the details, the administration is offering possession of 4 and 8 marla commercial plots in Commercial Zone 1 and Zone 2. The authority plans to hand over possession on May 30, 2022. The DHA Gujranwala administration has revealed the eligibility criteria for commercial files launched in 2019, commercial files launched in 2021, Service Benefit Files (SBFs), and Converted Benefit Files (CBFs).
The following are the details of the eligibility criteria for commercial files launched in 2019:

Early bird incentive | 5% discount on lump sum payment of the remaining amount 20% of development charges to be waived off as an early bird incentive for completing construction in 1.5 years |
