Karachi: The water commission’s head, Justice (retd.) Ameen Hani Muslim ordered Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and Clifton to make their own sewerage water treatment plants, a news source reported. The judge was hearing the case related to water and sewerage issues in Defence and Clifton in Sindh High Court.
The DHA representative informed the commission about the measures the housing scheme was taking to establish its water treatment plants. The commission also questioned the representatives of Clifton Cantonment about permission to construct in the cantonment.
