Lahore: Starting August 1, Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has officially started to process the sale, purchase, and transfer requests of plots in DHA Phase XIII (DHA City Project) – a news source reported.
The DHA management recently rolled out an official notification to this end on its official website, as well as in several local news publications. The notice called on the individuals interested in the project to visit the project’s Phase XIII branch located within the DHA Main Office Complex situated in Sector A, Phase VI, DHA Lahore.
Earlier this year, DHA Lahore had renamed the DHA City project to ‘DHA Lahore Phase XIII’. The authority had taken charge after the Supreme Court (SC) ordered it to take over the project’s administrative control. Following the apex court’s verdict, DHA Lahore was tasked with managing all the development work within Phase XIII.
To resolve the issue of the file holders of the scheme, the authority had also established a special counter at its main office.
