Karachi: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) City Karachi is offering a wonderful opportunity to live in Defence. After the success of DHA City Karachi Town Houses, the DHA administration has announced to launch ‘attractive’ residential projects soon, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page.
As per the details, the administration mentioned that several residential projects will be launched during February 2022. According to a video shared, the administration has launched a one-window/one-day operation for building plans and design approval to facilitate the members.
Moreover, the authority offers 300 DCK townhouses, DCK Heights, and DCK Farmhouses. The members can avail 100% development charges waiver on construction. The DHA City Karachi offers Spanish styled DCK Villas in various plot sizes.
Reportedly, the authority focuses on the provision of quality education to young minds. The administration announced the opening of Roots Millennium school campus in the society.
