Karachi: The DHA City Karachi administration has notified the launch of new 500 square yard ‘special plots’ for overseas Pakistanis; further stating that the registration process for said facility will continue till November 26, a news source reported.
To this effect, the developer has asked the holders of National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) or Pakistan Origin Card (POC) to apply for the plots. Interested individuals can purchase these plots through the federal government’s Roshan Digital Accounts initiative.
The non-refundable processing fee for these plots has been set at PKR 30,000 and the payment plan spans over a period of three years. Buyers also have the option to make lump sum payments within a period of three months.
