Bahawalpur: After the completion of the application submission process, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur management is all set for conducting the ballot for residential and commercial plots on December 7, according to the project’s administration.
The balloting ceremony will be held at DHA Bahawalpur’s Head Office at 1500 (3 pm) hours on Tuesday and will be covered live by Zameen.com and the authority itself. The event will start with the recitation of the Holy Quran, a welcome speech, a presentation on the balloting process and the ballot of plots under different categories.
Moreover, the event will include a speech from the chief guest, a prize distribution ceremony for high performing dealers and souvenirs and gift hampers (including LED TVs and bikes) will be offered to the attendees. The event will conclude with a festive dinner. Local real estate experts and authorized dealers will be attending the ceremony and will express their views about the project’s prospects. Previously, the authority has announced a limited inventory in October of 5, 8 & 10-marla and 1-kanal residential plots and commercial plots of 2 and 5 marla. These plots will be available for 3 years instalment plan.
