Bahawalpur: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur has officially commenced the development of Orchard Enclave, their flagship real estate masterpiece, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on November 2.
As per the details, the initiation of this project was celebrated in a formal ceremony attended by government officials, real estate professionals, investors, business leaders, and esteemed dignitaries from all corners of the country.
Lieutenant General Saqib Mehmood Malik HI (M), President of the Project Management Committee, presided over the ceremony and lauded the DHA administration for transforming the concept into a masterful development plan.
During his address to the participants, General Saqib Mehmood Malik revealed that the first phase of development is scheduled for completion within 8 months, after which possession will be granted to the stakeholders. Additionally, he disclosed plans to open an access route connecting DHA Bahawalpur with Bahawalpur City in the near future, emphasizing the project’s high-priority status and fast-paced development approach.
General Saqib Mehmood Malik emphasized that Orchard Enclave is poised to become a green and modern community, offering world-class amenities and facilities. The project aims to blend the serenity of nature with modern living, creating a unique and sustainable living environment.
