Bahawalpur: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur management organised a long-awaited ceremony to hand over possession of 10-marla residential plots in Sector C on Friday (October 22) at Central Park, DHA Bahawalpur, according to a post shared on the authority’s Facebook page.
It is hailed as another milestone achievement of the residential project prompted for the facilitation of the esteemed members of society. DHA Bahawalpur Project Director Brig. Basharat Ali, while speaking at the ceremony, congratulated the plot holders and disclosed that the development work is progressing at a steady pace.
The invite-only ceremony was attended by several investors and genuine buyers along with real estate professionals. The event was streamed live by Zameen.com on its official Facebook page. Also, on-spot interviews were conducted with the registered dealers of DHA Bahawalpur to discuss investment opportunities.
During the ceremony, DHA Bahawalpur Project Director Brig. Basharat Ali announced a special waiver for its valued members. As per the details, the members can get a 100% waiver on development charges for the first 100 houses constructed within a year in the society.
