Bahawalpur: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur has decided to hand over possession of selected plots to its members in sectors A, B and C of the residential scheme – according to a publication.
According to requirements communicated by the authority, those members who pay the first instalment of development charges will be allowed to construct their houses.
DHA Bahawalpur has also uploaded a list of plots that are available for possession on its website, which is: www.dhabahawalpur.com
It has asked the members to identify their properties from the list, in addition to following a step-by-step procedure.
Note:
Members will have to apply for possession and site plan
The building layout has to be prepared by registered architects of DHA Bahawalpur
Regular payment of development charges is mandatory
Residents will have to apply for service connections, completion certificate & NOC
