Lahore: The management of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur has offered a discount to the property owners that manage to clear their development charges by paying the full amount upfront, according to the developer’s official Facebook page.
According to the notice uploaded by the housing authority, DHA Bahawalpur members who manage to clear their development charges in one lump-sum payment will get the chance to avail a 10% discount on the total sum.
In addition, the DHA Bahawalpur management has also extended the previously announced deadline for paying the developmental charges. The deadline to pay the dues applicable on DHA Bahawalpur plots has now been extended to March 31, 2020. This extension has been granted in order to allow the maximum number of DHA Bahawalpur members to avail the discount on offer.
