Bahawalpur: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur administration has directed its authorised dealers to get registered with the Federal Board of Revenue under its Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBP) category. A copy of the notice was shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on December 21.

As per the details, the authority has instructed the dealers to get the registration process completed by December 31 and submit their certificates and registration receipt with the Land and Record branch of DHA Bahawalpur in order to continue dealing in DHA Bahawalpur properties.
The notice advises them to get their certificates as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience as they will not be able to transfer properties after January 1, 2022.

Earlier this month, the FBR initiated a country-wide drive to get certain businesses and professions on board in order to meet the FATF requirements.
