Bahawalpur: Defence Housing Authority Bahawalpur (DHA-BWP) is pleased to announce the successful contract signing with CPL Developers Pvt Ltd to enhance the liveability standards within the community. The news was published on August 20 through their official Facebook account.
According to the details, the ceremony took place at DHA Bahawalpur’s Head Office located at MB-2, Jinnah Avenue, Sector B, APE Canal Road. Representatives from CPL Developers and senior officials from DHA Bahawalpur, including the Project Director, were in attendance.
Under this agreement, CPL Developers Pvt Ltd will construct 70 residential units within DHA Bahawalpur’s prestigious Sector C and Sector E. The construction project comprises 50 units of 8 Marla residential plots in Sector C and 20 units of 5 Marla residential plots in Sector E.
This development is a testament to DHA Bahawalpur’s commitment to offering an elevated standard of living, catering to the public’s growing demand for a premium lifestyle.
