Bahawalpur: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur administration on Tuesday (December 14) inaugurated the first Base Transceiver Station (BTS) tower installed by Zong – a cellular company in Pakistan, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page.
As per the details, the project was inaugurated by Project Director Brig Basharat Ali. With the installation of the BTS tower, the residents will have access to 4G services and routine cellular communications.
The DHA management termed it as a vital step towards adding value to the living environment of the society. DHA Bahawalpur administration is dedicated to fulfilling its promises and raising the lifestyle of the residents.
It is pertinent to note that the DHA Bahawalpur administration and Zong administration signed an agreement in November for the provision of cellular services for the valued members of the society. According to details shared, the cellular company will provide mobile services to Sector A, B, C, and D Villa Community.
