Islamabad: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has invited applications for DHA Avenue Mall in Phase I, according to a notification. The mixed-used development features 1- to 4-bedroom apartments, office spaces and retail outlets, which are offered on five quarterly instalments. The last date to submit an application is November 27.
The mixed-use development has promised great business prospects in its gated and well-protected bounds. The application forms are available for download on DHA Islamabad’s official website. The interested applicants can also obtain the forms from the DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi main office in Phase I.
According to the details shared in the advertisement, applicants are required to submit the down payment amount and the processing fee via pay order or demand draft in favour of Defence Housing Authority Islamabad.
