Presently, as many as five mixed-use real estate development projects are underway in various cities. These include:
- Zameen Opal – Lahore
- Zameen Ace Mall – Islamabad
- Mall 35 – Rawalpindi
- Zameen Ace Homes– Islamabad
- Zameen Aurum – Lahore
The projects have been designed and planned by the in-house 120+ team of Zameen Developments, who have done incredible work in ensuring that their developments are at par with the international standards of construction; all the while exceeding consumer expectations of luxury and exclusivity.

However, to benefit the local allied industries of the construction sector, Zameen Developments has ensured that all the labour working on these projects is locally engaged. The top shelf construction materials are also locally-resourced. The in-house team handpicks the fittings and fixtures (even designs them at times) to create mixed-use projects that are the very epitome of quality, opulence, high returns and happy living.
Additionally, all Zameen projects are launched only after they have received the necessary approvals from all relevant government bodies. The projects are also registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), which is enabling investors to purchase units without having to reveal the sources of their income (under the construction sector relief package set to expire on December 31 this year). Each project is above board and is carefully planned to ensure that it is mutually beneficial for everybody involved in its development — from the ground-up construction process, to project delivery and beyond (the projects will be maintained by the on-site maintenance team).
