Farkhand Iqbal, the chairman of the CDA, said that the Park Enclave project would be completed within 18 months. He further added that the authority has already compensated for land acquisition cost so now the land is in 100 percent possession of the authority, on which the Park Enclave Project is envisaged.
The chairman talked to the media after the inaugural ceremony of the development and said that the area of the project has been demarcated and the development work would begin within a week. He said that the local administration and the police must be assigned to take care of the law and order situation during the development process.
The chairman further said that the issues are mainly raised by the people of the Kurri Village and other adjacent areas and he assured that the issues regarding their stalled projects would be resolved as soon as possible. Chairman also added that he has already issued orders to resolve the issues of the build up property for the lower class in Park Enclave Phase-II.
He appreciated that the project would offer superior facilities and amenities including open-air restaurants, clubhouses, rainwater harvesting system, underground utilities, and water treatment plant. He said that there would be controlled access at the main gate of the community that would provide high level of security to the residents.
The chairman also highlighted that Park Enclave is a unique and eco friendly project and due to that fact that its entire possession is in the hands of the authority, the work on the project would not be halted. It would definitely be completed within 18 months.
