Rawalpindi: Work on three of Cantonment Board Rawalpindi’s Christian colonies has started. Work includes water supply connections, sewerage systems, paving of streets and installation of streetlights.
Funds for these programs have been released by Malik Ibrar Ahmed from authorities at Cantonment on request of Cantonment Board’s Yusuf Gul. Water boring has been carried out twice already at Christian Colony, along with construction and paving of streets. Sewerage lines have been laid down in Christian Colony Mughal, Lawrence Line, and Azizabad. In these areas, water supply connections and sewerage systems have also been established.
