Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Mahmood Khan on Thursday announced the inclusion of development projects for Karak, Hangu, and Kohat districts in the Annual Development Programme (ADP) 2020-21, a news source reported.

During a meeting with Member National Assembly (MNA) Shahid Khattak, the KP CM stated that there would be two new projects of clean drinking water included in the ADP 2020-21 for Karak. He added that the provision of clean drinking water to the people of the district was among the top priorities of the provincial government.
CM Khan said that the KP government has allocated PKR 1.3 billion for Karak, PKR 1 billion for Hangu, and PKR 550 million for Kohat for the purpose of various development projects in these districts.

The CM highlighted that during the first phase, the amount allocated for Kohat division would be utilised under oil and gas royalty to help resolve the problems faced by the people.
