Islamabad: Projects of Ministry for Overseas Pakistani and Human Resource and Development (MOPHRD) have not been included in the upcoming budget 2018-19, according to a news source. MOPHRD did not present any project for issuance of funds in the last budget either.
According to sources, budget proposals haven’t been sought from the ministry and other departments working under it for the 2018-19 budget. MOPHRD and the departments that operate under it are autonomous, and generate their own funds instead of receiving any grant from the Government of Pakistan.
