Lahore: The Pak-China Joint Chambers of Commerce and Industry (PCJCCI) has launched a campaign in China to make establishment of 37 specialized economic zones under the second phase of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor possible, a news source reported. Under this campaign, meetings are being held with Chinese investors.
According to PCJCCI President SM Naveed, the second phase of the CPEC demands that investors and industrialists from China and Pakistan be moved closer to help see the corridor’s investment potential and feasibility of availing the prospects. He also added that the PCJCCI is working to increase cooperation between the leather, garments, glass, textile, handicraft and agriculture sectors of the two countries.
