Lahore: The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has issued an advisory for the land sub-division sponsors and developers to get approvals from the authority to avoid investing in unlawful housing projects, according to an advert published in the national daily.
During a recent survey of the area, RUDA has encountered several illegal housing projects and have warned the citizens against purchasing property in these schemes. The authority has launched legal action against the unauthorised schemes.
Moreover, the public is advised to reach out to RUDA for verifying the legal status of any potential, investment-worthy projects and avoid negative consequences.
