Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has shared the details regarding the 650 square feet apartment option in LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments project, a news source reported. The residential scheme will also feature 800, 1,100, 1,500 and 2,200 square feet divisions.
According to the details provided by LDA officials, the 650 square feet division will feature 2-bedrooms with both attached and separate bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge, and a balcony. The civic agency is developing the apartments project near LDA City Halloki Interchange.
It intends to develop 4,000 apartments will be constructed during the first phase and 35,000 apartments in total over a period of three years. LDA has already signed agreements for the initial project with The Bank of Punjab (BOP).
The initial project of 4,000 apartments (each will comprise 4-storey towers), while the remaining 31,000 apartments will be constructed as high-rise buildings. The financial plans for the latter stages are yet to be prepared.
LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments’ Price
According to the details shared by LDA Chairman S M Imran, the lowest-priced 650 square feet apartments will cost a total of PKR 2.7 million. These apartments in the initial stage will all be 650 square feet.
LDA recently shared a detailed animated video providing a look at the external designs of the apartment projects. The towers will also feature family parks and 150ft wide road, which will lead towards the apartment building.
Additional facilities will include a dedicated parking space, a tram service, a commercial sector, a mosque, and a community centre.
