Faisalabad: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has shared details on the FDA City plots its plans to auction on December 16, 17 and 18, according to a news report shared on December 11. As per the information shared by FDA Estate Management Director Sohail Maqsood, a total of 499 residential and 42 commercial plots will be auctioned.
Sharing further details on these plots, Maqsood revealed that among the 499 residential plots, eight plots measuring 1-kanal, 7 plots measuring 10 marla and 2 plots measuring 5 marla will be facing parks, while 12 plots measuring 1 kanal and 10 plots measuring 10 marla are corner plots. Moreover, 4 plots measuring 1 kanal, 3 plots measuring 10 marla are located on the back of commercial plots.
The director further revealed that 37 plots measuring 1 kanal are located on 60ft-wide road, 1 plot measuring 10 marla is located on 85ft-wide road, while 16 plots in size of 10 marla and 10 plots measuring 1 kanal are located on T-junction within the FDA City. Out of the 42 commercial plots, two units enjoy corner locations.
