Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta is holding its first ballot on March 14 for ‘Smart City Phase I’ project, according to the project developers. The ballot is all set to be held at the main office of DHA Quetta on Airport Road, from 10:30 am to 4 pm.

What are the sizes of plots included in the DHA Quetta ballot?
The ballot will offer plots under 12 categories; including residential, commercial and farmhouses plots. The sizes of residential plots being offered are 1, 2 kanals and 3, 5, 10 and 15 marla plots. For commercial purpose, the plots being balloted encompass 1 kanal, 4 marla or 8 marla area. The land for farmhouses’ construction span over 8 kanal, 5 kanal and 4 kanal.

DHA Quetta’s ballot event will be attended by approximately 500 prominent real estate personalities and the city’s elite. The governor of Balochistan is also expected to attend the event and as many as 12 chief guests (to conduct a ballot for each category). Meanwhile, Zameen.com Manager Sales (Quetta) will also be in attendence.
