Quetta: Coordinator to the Balochistan Chief Minister (CM) Mir Abdul Rauf Rind on Wednesday visited Gwadar where he received briefing on the development of tourist spots on coast, a news source reported. To this effect, the officials concerned stated that the designs for seven coastal attractions had been prepared.

Rind also inaugurated the ‘Siliconia Plantation Project Gwadar’ and inspected Balochistan Coastal Gwadar Development’s (BCDA) new office building. BCDA Director General (DG) Babar Khan briefed the official on the ‘Tourist Resort Project Gwadar’. He further stated that the desigining phase of the ‘Rest Area Project’ on the Coastal Highway was currently underway.

In response, Rind said that the BCDA was developing projects in Gwadar as per the vision of CM Mir Jam Kamal Khan; adding that the provincial executive was taking measures for the province’s development.
