Peshawar: The Frontier Corps (FC) Welfare Foundation has invited bids and financial proposals form well-reputed architectural firms for the ‘design and supervision consultancy’ for the FC Welfare Foundation Mall located on Nasar Bagh Road – Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar, according to an advertisement posted in several newspapers on September 2.

The FC Welfare Foundation Mall is expected to be 14 storeys high, and the interested firms have been asked to submit their bids by noon on September 15. The following are the documents that must be attached as per the qualification criteria for the structure:
- Company profile including computerised national identity card (CNICs)
- Registration validity certificate from the Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
- List of permanent staff
- List of equipment, electronic gadgetries and tools
- List of ongoing projects, and the projects completed in the last 5 years
- Tax registration with the relevant authorities
- An affidavit confirming that the firm isn’t blacklisted by any private or public companies

As per the FC Welfare Foundation’s publicised invitation for bids, the firm reserves the right to accept or reject any applications. It was further announced that the technical evaluation of the submitted profile of the consultant firms will be conducted through a DHA board of officers on September 18. The firms that qualify technically will be invited for a presentation, for which they shall be duly notified.
