Karachi: A demolition squad, on the instructions of Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) Director General Iftikhar Ali Qaimkhani, has been active against illegal structures in the city, a news source reported. They sealed and demolished a number of buildings in the several areas of the city.
The SBCA squad also took action against an illegal project, issued notice against it, and stopped it from its advertisement campaign. SBCA has begun taking stricter action against the illegal buildings after Sindh High Court issued instructions to the effect.
