Xiamen Stone Trading Company GM said that although the first shipment of Pakistani marble had reached China last year but the product was not displayed until June due to the pandemic outbreak. After the display was arranged, the clients found the vibrant colour and rich texture quite unique, said the GM.
Demand for marble in China has lately increased due to rapid development in the construction industry. The Free Trade Agreement signed between Pakistan and China has helped Chinese businessmen explore more trade opportunities. Under this agreement, there is no tariff on marble imported from Pakistan, which makes it quite convenient for Chinese companies seeking to purchase this product.
