It is important to mention that Faisalabad is Pakistan’s third largest city, with a huge industrial base. The city has seen an uptick in new housing schemes as the demand for new housing has soared. However, many of these housing developments have not received NOC from the FDA, which has resulted in many problems for real estate buyers.
